 Untrustworthy sellerJan 13, 2009
The seller of this toy failed to mention that it wasn't exactly what his description said it was, and, after several email attempts to contact him, failed to resolve the issue. He did not contact me at all. When I gave him a bad review, his resolution, which seems to be a scripted resolution that he just clicks on and adds to the site, was the same as he offered all other bad reviewing customers. Some silly 10% off other products from him. Why would I want to buy another product from an untrustworthy, very flawed business?

My 9 year old son loves this ship and we will be ordering other models, as well. Die-cast medal, nice detailing.
