Good Measuring TapeJan 09, 2007
By KT My son saw this measuring tape in a magazine, and it was the only thing he asked Santa for. He was thrilled and loves playing with it. The big handle makes it easy for him to roll the tape back up.

Don't buyJul 23, 2011
By Stella Our young kids kept playing with the real tape measure, so we thought we'd get them their own. It might be safer for them to use, but no one plays with it because when you pull out the tape it stays all curled up and so they can't measure anything.

Okay toy, but not something to play with for hours on endJul 21, 2011
By Busymomma This is a big tape measure, they weren't joking!! Big tape measures are used in construction, so it's not necessarily unrealistic. It's just big! My son was all excited about this when it first arrived. My 2 year old and 7 year old were fighting over it! It's not a toy that gets played with a lot, but it sure is handy when we are doing projects and we want the little one to keep away from our real tape measure (they cut so easily...).

Durable, fun, and usable...Mar 02, 2011
By Robert and Michelle Riley We gave this to our 3 yr old for Christmas in 2009. Its Mar 2011 now and we still play with it, it still works like it did when brand new, and has survived lots of rough playing by a rambunxious pair of boys and their friends.
