Wow this sucker is BIGJul 11, 2009 It is huge but our little grandson likes it a lot, and since it is large it doesn't manage to get lost as much as a tinier one might. Durability has been good so far, but it remains to be seen just what its longevity might be.
Just like a real tape measureJan 10, 2009 I bought this toy as a gift for my nephew and he loves it. Very sturdy and just like an adult tape measure but with no sharp edges.

Not a substitute for the real thingJan 09, 2009 My son, who is two years old, loves real tools. I bought him this tape measure for him for Christmas. He played with it for about ten minutes before he wanted the real tape measure that I had put out of his reach. The product is not really like an actual tape measure. I also don't like how the numbers begin on one end of the tape measure and then the rest continues on the actual tape. It is difficult to follow for a two year old.

Good Measuring TapeJan 09, 2007 My son saw this measuring tape in a magazine, and it was the only thing he asked Santa for. He was thrilled and loves playing with it. The big handle makes it easy for him to roll the tape back up.
