DisappointingFeb 13, 2009
By Toyjedi I bought this product based on the information listed, which was a mistake. The info is scant, so after receiving this item, I thought I'd try to help out future shoppers with some detail. The finished rocket is not bad, actually, as a display piece. It stands about 15" tall on its base, which sounds impressive, but really isn't. The paint and sculpt are average, with plenty of seam lines , but that's all forgivable- it looks good, from a distance. My main gripe is with the quality and build. The plastic is cheap and not well-cast for easy construction. You will need a sharp exacto to scrape down the plastic and a good bit of muscle to make the parts fit. No way do I give this to a young kid for its advertised "5-minute-build-up". Ugh! I'm a very experienced model-builder and this was an aggravating 30-minute fight-build. Needless to say, I won't be disassembling it any time soon for the staging. But, hey, you get what you pay for: at $[...] plus shipping, you're paying too much. For $[...] after shipping, it's much more reasonable.

DisappointmentJan 18, 2009
By Jamie Godby No instructions came with this model. It should have been easy, but it was frustrating for the 7-year-old and the parents. There was also a very misleading and confusing inclusion of a screwdriver (for what, remained a mystery).
False advertised size.Dec 25, 2011
By Chuck and Ann Schlemm Description states 1/48 scale. That would make this model ~7 1/2 feet tall.
No other mention of size. Appears to be a few inches tall.
As describedSep 13, 2011
By andrewski Actually modified this to make a table lamp. Looks good. It is what it is. A plastic toy. Probably wouldn't be much fun - it just snaps together - but looks decent for the price. Can't complain.
My kid just love itApr 18, 2011
By Goran Lazarevic Both this toy for four years old boy. He loves it, caries it with him wherever he goes. Simple, hard plastic toy. Not detailed too much, but for a little guys perfect toy.
