 Too weak even for brand new playdoughMar 10, 2011

I was excited to try out this toy for my son. He loves to drill, cut, screw, etc, so I thought drilling playdough would excite him. But the instant it touched the playdough (super soft, new homemade dough), it stuck and clicked (which is a great realistic sound, but we didn't get it for the sounds). I've packaged it back up and we're returning it. If you child doesn't mind only drilling the air, then go ahead and buy it. But if it touches even a couch cushion it stops and clicks.

My son loves his drill. He has fixed everything in the house with it! It looks very authentic and seems to be holding up to a lot of abuse. If you buy it with the Lanard rolling tool box set, just know the drill is too big to fit in the box or the drawers.

My 2 year old loves this drill! It looks and sounds real enough that he can accept using it insead of his father's real drill. I have found this to be true of all of the Tool Tech tools. It is also very sturdy, and does not look like it can be broken easily at all. It's gotten plenty of wear and tear since we have had it. Note that it does not fit in the Tool Tech tool box (not that the tools ever stay in there for long anyway).

I ordered the item listed above, but was sent the wrong one. It was a cheap knock off and was not anything close to what I ordered. No exchange because inventory is " always changing" do not buy from Planet Toys FL they are not trustworthy.

This is just like dads drill. My son loved to play with dads drill and now he has his own and loves it. It is durable and a good price for the value.
