 A bit lightweight for the priceDec 26, 2009

I thought this item was a bit overpriced, but my son wanted "astronauts" for christmas. It's cute, but cheaply made, especially the signs. I am anticipating the tears when the space shuttle doors break off. The "poster" is about the size of a legal sized piece of paper. Probably wouldn't buy this again.

Great for a three year old interested in space...he was thrilled to get this for Christmas! Unfortunately, this is pretty pricey for what it contains, but it was the best of what I could find.

Fun activity set for 2.5 year old. Daily play and imagination of blasting off into space. All items are small and not too high quality, but still not broken 3 months later and still played with daily. For the price we couldn't find anything else for space play for a child.

My two boys six and three loved this set. It spikes up their imagination as to what parts are on the rocket ship and all the different functions of it. I only gave it a four for the durability as it seems like the smaller stuff on the rocket breaks off a bit easier than the rest of it. The overall product rating as well a four for the durability. But the boys loved the set and continue on their adventure in space every night.
