Just About On TrackJul 11, 2010 For the price of this train set you pretty much get what you would expect. A basic oval of track, some rather pointless plastic trees and a locomotive and two container trucks. The track is easy to assemble and once put together won't come apart easily which is a good thing with young children. The locomotive is battery driven and moves at quite a speed around the track and lights up inside as it goes round with a horn blowing every so often. The main problem we found was the battery life was not that long and even when we replaced the batteries it was less than an hour before the train slowed down considerably. Also it didn't take long for our son to grow tired of just watching the train go round. However for a first motorized train set without having to spend that much money this is a good place to start.
