A. If you do want to return an item to us. Securely pack the item in its original packing material and send it via US Mail back to us at the address below. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the product for another item or if you prefer a refund.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping Orders for in stock products will ship within 3 business days via United States Parcel Service.
Q. My credit card has been billed but I haven't received my merchandise.
A. Your item should be on its way to you. Your credit card is not charged until your item is shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date your credit card was charged for your item to arrive.
