If at any time in the next 90 days you are NOT 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund or store credit for the price paid for the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping), or you may exchange it for another toy.
Errors and Defects:
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately at 1-800-477-2398 or email us at sales@mightytoy.com so that we can make it right! Please contact us for an RMA# before returning it.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges:
We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition within 90 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s) or you can choose to receive a store credit. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will be issued in the form of a MightyToy.com gift certificate. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by MightyToy.com.
